The tenth anniversary Horse Progress Days show was held in Mt Hope, Ohio. Among the breeds in action were American Belgians, Brabants, Clydesdales, draft mules, Haflingers, Hackney ponies, Morgans, oxen, Norwegian Fjords, Percherons, Shires and Spotted Drafts. Teams ranged from singles to 12-hitch.
Nowhere could a wider range of equipment be seen at that time, including: forecarts; manure spreaders; tillage tools; planters and cultivators; equipment for produce growers; haymaking machinery from mowers and tedders to bale movers and wrappers; logging carts, arches and transporter.
