Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept a range of credit cards.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Out of stock items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Alternatively you may post, telephone or fax your order using the contact details below.
Transactions are governed by the Laws and Courts of England. Your normal rights are not affected.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, 21 days elsewhere. If the normal delivery times pass, please contact us quoting your order reference.

Out of Stock Items
All the products on this website should be in stock. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order or part of it we will notify you separately by email. We will record your order and fulfil it as soon as the product is again available. Alternatively, if the delay is unacceptable to you, we will issue an immediate refund if you request us to do so. We will fulfil part orders.

Tax Charges
In the UK and European Union, videos and carriage attract a 17.5% VAT charge. Books are zero-rated.
If you are a VAT registered company in the EU, you should enter your VAT registration number and check the exempt box to reduce VAT to zero.
All other orders are VAT free and you should check the exempt box to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
Credit card transactions are handled securely by the Netbanx payment system. Details are sent to and from the Netbanx server using 128 bit encryption. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, return them in mint condition within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price in full.

Privacy Policy
Your address or email details are retained by Old Pond Publishing to advise you of future offers. They will not be supplied to third parties. We may use your email address to email you with future offers. If you do not to wish to receive such communication, please advise us separately and we will honour your wishes.
